The invention discloses a pavement cutting device, which includes a rack (1). A direction guide mechanism is arranged on the rack (1) and includes a direction guide sleeve (2), a direction guide wheel (3) and a direction guide rod (4), wherein one end of the direction guide rod (4) is fixedly connected to the direction guide wheel (3) and the other end of the direction guide rod (4) is flexibly connected to the direction guide sleeve (2). By means of the design of the flexible connection structure between the direction guide wheel and the direction guide rod, when the direction guide wheel contacts a hard object, damage on the direction guide wheel can be avoided when the device is used for cutting a pavement.
