The invention relates to a pavement grain cutting device which is mounted on grain cutting equipment. The pavement grain cutting device comprises a mounting plate, a plurality of cutting blades and a driving assembly. The driving assembly comprises a rotating rod, an adjusting rod, connecting blocks and a pull rod; the connecting blocks are fixedly connected to the rotating rod and the mounting plate, and the two ends of the pull rod are hinged to the connecting blocks located on a rotating shaft and the mounting plate respectively; a pull rope is wound on a main shaft of the adjusting motor, and the other end of the pull rope is fixedly connected to the adjusting rod; the adjusting motor rotates to enable the pull rope to be wound on the main shaft, and the adjusting rod is pulled to drive the rotating rod to rotate. According to the pavement grain cutting device, the cutting blades abut against the ground through the mounting plate under the gravity action of the mounting plate and a cutting motor. And along with cutting of the cutting blades on the ground, the cutting depth is gradually increased under the gravity action of the cutting motor and the mounting plate, and a depth adjusting device does not need to be additionally and continuously added.
