The invention relates to a reinforced concrete hollow column. According to the invention, the section of the column body of the reinforced concrete hollow column is in arbitrarily shape and has holes which are in arbitrarily shapes. The neutral axis area of the column body of a large-size reinforced concrete column is hollowed to form the holes which are in arbitrarily shapes and used for improving the stress performance and rigidity of the reinforced concrete column and reducing the dead weight of the reinforced concrete column so as to achieve the purposes of saving materials such as rebar, concrete, stone, sand and water as well as labor, and saving energy consumption and money. Due to reduction of use amount of the concrete, the pouring time of the concrete is correspondingly reduced, and thus noise generated when the concrete is vibrated is reduced, concrete high altitude transportation cost is reduced, and the like.
