The invention relates to a high-thermal-conductivity sheet aluminum oxide porous ceramic for LED lamp radiation. The high-thermal-conductivity sheet aluminum oxide porous ceramic for LED lamp radiation is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 34-36 parts of alpha-Al2O3, 100-105 parts of deionized water, 0.2-0.3 part of sodium polyacrylate, 2-2.3 parts of methylcellulose, 1.6-1.8 parts of glycerol, 4-6 parts of colloidal graphite, 0.4-0.6 part of potassium nitrate, 0.6-0.8 part of ZrH, 0.5-0.7 part of K2ZrF6, 4-5 parts of nano aluminum hydroxide, 1.2-1.5 parts of nanocopper and 0.9-1.1 parts of a PVA binder. By using the nano aluminum hydroxide, the phenomenon that aluminum oxide particles are easy to agglomerate is improved; by using the colloidal graphite, the heat conductivity and wear resistance of the ceramic are improved; by using the ZrH and K2ZrF6, the hardness of the ceramic is improved.
