The invention discloses an environment-friendly liquid wall coating and a preparation method thereof. The liquid wall coating comprises lignocelluloses, textile fibers, eucalyptus powder, alginic acid, wool keratin fibers, hydroxypropyl starch ether, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, calcium hydrate, aluminum stearate, alumina silicate, gamma-cyclodextrin and water. The preparation method comprises following steps: (1) taking the lignocelluloses, textile fibers, eucalyptus powder, alginic acid, wool keratin fibers and hydroxypropyl starch ether by weight, and stirring the materials mentioned above until the materials are evenly mixed; (2) adding the sodium carboxymethylcellulose, calcium hydrate, aluminum stearate, alumina silicate and gamma-cyclodextrin into the mixed component, and stirring the materials until the materials are evenly mixed; (3) adding water into the mixed component, and stirring the materials until the materials are evenly mixed so as to prepare the environment-friendly liquid wall coating.
