The invention discloses a novel flexible stone environment-friendly wall coating and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: feeding natural colored sand, shell pieces and landslide stone into a crusher for grinding and crushing until the particle size range is 100-200 [mu]m, then airing until the moisture content is lower than 5%, then adding mineral fibers, aerogel particles, plant negative oxygen ion powder, inorganic resin and a refractory material, transferring into a stirring kettle, and setting the rotating speed to be 1000 r/min. Compared with the prior art, the prepared coating is excellent in various properties, and the properties such as heat storage stability, drying time, alkali resistance, water resistance, acid rain resistance, moisture resistance, cold and heat cycling resistance and artificial weather aging resistance all reach higher levels. As a key index of the coating, the coating prepared by the invention is resistant to artificial weather aging, does not blister, peel off, crack, pulverize, discolor or gloss loss within 1500 hours, and has excellent visible performance.
本发明公开了一种柔性新型石环保墙面涂料及其制备方法，属于建筑材料技术领域。制备方法：将天然彩砂、贝壳片、山体滑坡石头送至粉碎机进行研磨粉碎，直至颗粒粒径范围为100um‑200um，随后晾干，水分含量低于5％，接着加入矿物纤维、气凝胶颗粒、植物负氧离子粉、无机树脂、耐火材料，并转移到搅拌釜中，转速设为1000r/min，即可。与现有技术相比，本发明制备的涂料的各项性能优异，热贮存稳定性、干燥时间、耐碱性、耐水性、耐酸雨性、耐湿冷热循环性、耐人工气候老化等性能均达到较高的水平。作为涂料关键指标，本发明制备的涂料，耐人工气候老化，1500h不起泡、不剥落、无裂纹、无粉化、无明显变色、无明显失光，可见性能优异。
