The invention discloses a picking ladder for fruit trees. The picking ladder comprises a ladder body, wherein the ladder body comprises two vertical ladder columns; pedals are fixedly arranged between the ladder columns; a fixing plate is connected to the bottom of each of the ladder columns in a threaded manner; a fixing belt is mounted at the top of one of the two ladder columns; a sliding groove is formed in each of the ladder columns in the longitudinal direction; a sliding block is mounted in the corresponding sliding groove; a fastening bolt for fixing the corresponding sliding block in the corresponding sliding groove is arranged on the corresponding sliding block. The space between the fixing plate and the bottom of the corresponding ladder column can be adjusted through rotating the fixing plate, so that the fixing plates can play a leveling role when the ladder is used on rugged ground; and besides, the sizes of the fixing plates are relatively large, so that the contact area of the fixing plates and the ground is enlarged, and the whole picking ladder is more stable; the top of the whole picking ladder is fixed on a tree trunk through winding the fixing belt on the tree trunk, so that safety accidents caused by deflection during the picking process are prevented; the sliding block is loosened or fixed through adjusting the corresponding fastening bolt, so that the position of the sliding block in the corresponding sliding groove can be freely adjusted, and the operation is convenient.
