The invention aims to discloses a picking ladder which is higher in safety and convenient to use, comprises a base and heightening racks, and is characterized in that a plurality of support legs are arranged below the base; one end of each supporting leg is connected with the base through a rotating shaft parallel with the base; the supporting legs are further connected with the base through adjusting bolts to enable the supporting legs to change the included angle between each supporting leg and the base under the function of the adjusting bolts; sockets are arranged on the base; the bottom ends of the heightening racks are inserted in the sockets; the heightening racks are fixedly connected with the sockets through inserted pins. The picking ladder can be transported in a detachable manner, can be adjusted in height according to the actual demands, can adapt to an inclined ground, can go up and down conveniently, can improve the safety and the picking efficiency, can relieve the labor strength of workers, and is particularly suitable for the picking work in an orchard and on other occasions.
