The invention relates to a sliding mechanism for an automotive parallel and level sliding window, a sliding window and a working method thereof. The sliding mechanism for the automotive parallel and level sliding window comprises window glass, wherein a guide track is arranged on the inner side of the window glass; the sliding mechanism is in sliding fit to the guide track; movable glass is fixedly connected with the sliding mechanism; and the window glass is provided with a vent hole which is hermetically matched with the movable glass. When the movable glass moves on the guide track through the sliding mechanism until the movable glass is aligned to the vent hole, the movable glass moves vertically relative to the window glass and is in sealing fit in the hole; and after the sliding window is closed, the movable glass can be parallel and level to the window, and airtightness is guaranteed.
