Preparation method for producing aluminum nitride and silicon nitride mixed material through combustion synthesis method
The invention relates to a preparation method for producing aluminum nitride and silicon nitride mixed material through a combustion synthesis method. Silica powder and aluminum powder are taken as raw materials, a certain amount of silicon nitride powder is added as a thinner, and a combustion reaction is carried out in a reaction kettle filled with nitrogen after the silica powder, the aluminum powder and the silicon nitride powder are uniformly mixed. The silicon nitride powder, silica powder and aluminum powder are mixed in a weight proportion of 2: 1: 1, and appropriate amounts of urea and ammonia chloride are added. The reaction is more energy-saving and time-saving compared with other methods under the condition of high nitrogen pressure; the product purity is guaranteed by pretreating gaseous raw materials; the equipment is simple, and the cost is low; and the production conversion rate is higher compared with that of independent aluminum nitride, the product quality is more stable, and the safety is higher.
