Silicon nitride-aluminum nitride/polymer composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of nitride ceramics and heat conduction materials thereof, and discloses a silicon nitride-aluminum nitride/polymer composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a silicon source and an aluminum source, carrying out direct nitridation reaction in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain silicon nitride-aluminum nitride composite powder, adding the silicon nitride-aluminum nitride composite powder, aluminum powder, an adhesive, a sintering aid and a dispersant into an organic solvent, and uniformly mixing to obtain a suspension; carrying out directional freezing forming on the turbid liquid, carrying out vacuum freeze drying to obtain an aluminum-containing raw material powder skeleton, and then carrying out in-situ nitridation reaction sintering in a nitrogen-containing atmosphere to obtain a silicon nitride-aluminum nitride skeleton containing one-dimensional rod-like aluminum nitride whiskers; and finally, carrying out vacuum infiltration and curing treatment on the silicon nitride-aluminum nitride framework by adopting polymer infiltration liquid to obtain the silicon nitride-aluminum nitride/polymer composite material. The silicon nitride-aluminum nitride/polymer composite material obtained by the invention has the characteristics of high surface heat conductivity coefficient, good mechanical property and the like.
本发明属于氮化物陶瓷及其导热材料技术领域,公开了一种氮化硅‑氮化铝/聚合物复合材料及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:将硅源和铝源混合后在氮气气氛下直接氮化反应,得到氮化硅‑氮化铝复合粉体,然后与铝粉、粘合剂、烧结助剂和分散剂加入到有机溶剂中混匀,得到悬浊液;将悬浊液进行定向冷冻成型后,通过真空冷冻干燥获得含铝原料粉体骨架,然后在含氮气氛中进行原位氮化反应烧结,得到含一维棒状氮化铝晶须的氮化硅‑氮化铝骨架;最后采用聚合物浸渗液对氮化硅‑氮化铝骨架进行真空浸渗和固化处理,得到氮化硅‑氮化铝/聚合物复合材料。本发明所得氮化硅‑氮化铝/聚合物复合材料具有过面导热系数高和力学性能好等特点。
