Abrasion-resistance ceramic material, and ceramic-partially-reinforced aluminum-based composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an abrasion-resistance ceramic material. The material is prepared from a ceramic skeleton material and a ceramic particle material in a volume ratio of (5-30):(1-25). The material has good abrasion resistance, is suitable for situations having relatively high requirements for abrasion resistance, and can be partially combined to the surface of an aluminum alloy substrate for improving the abrasion resistance of the aluminum alloy substrate. The invention further discloses a ceramic-partially-reinforced aluminum-based composite material and a high-operability preparation method thereof. According to the method, the abrasion-resistance ceramic material is partially combined to the surface of the aluminum alloy substrate to prepare an abrasion-resistance layer, so that the partial abrasion resistance of the aluminum alloy can be improved. Furthermore, the composite material is applicable to various situations having high requirements for abrasion resistance and heat dissipation and having light-weight requirements by sufficiently utilizing the characteristics of low density and good thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy. The composite material is particularly suitable for brake systems, such as brake hubs, brake discs and the like, and has the effects of effectively prolonging the service life of a brake system, reducing oil consumption, improving the passing performance of vehicles, shortening the brake distance and improving the safety of vehicles.
