The invention discloses a low-temperature-resistant flame retardant aerated concrete block and a preparation method thereof. The low-temperature-resistant flame retardant aerated concrete block is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of desert sand, 20-30 parts of ceramic-polished-waste, 35-45 parts of common silicate cement, 8-10 parts of avian bone meal, 4-6 parts of waste tyre rubber powder, 3-5 parts of paper making clay and the like. By compositely using the raw materials such as the added organic silicon microspheres, the waste tyre rubber powder, calcium rosinate and the like, the water absorption of the aerated concrete block can be reduced to a great extent, so that the aerated concrete block is excellent in water resistance, is not easily affected with damp, and is relatively strong in mildew resistance; the added antimonous oxide has a synergistic effect with chlorine element in chloroprene rubber, so that the flame retardance of methyl vinyl silicone rubber is enhanced; the added dicyclohexyl terephthalate, diisooctyl phenyl phosphite and tetrabromobisphenol A improve the wear resistance and the processability and increase the flexibility while improve the high-temperature resistance.
