The method comprises the following steps: 1) uniformly mixing low-alkali sulphate aluminium cement, perlite, turfy soil, palm fiber, activated silica and urea resin to obtain A; 2) adding water into dichlorotetrafluoroethane and bone glue powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain B; 3) adding turfy soil into polyvinyl alcohol, uniformly mixing to obtain seriflux, adding selected seeds into the seriflux, and uniformly mixing to obtain C; 4) uniformly mixing A with C to obtain a mixture; 5) uniformly mixing B with the mixture obtained in the step 4) to obtain the ecological restoration green plant matrix for abrupt slope reinforcement.
