The ecological restoration structure is characterized in that a plurality of stepped reverse slope table tops are arranged on the abrupt slope of the abandoned quarry, the outer parts of the reverse slope table tops are high, the inner parts of the reverse slope table tops are low, the table tops are arranged in a reverse slope form inclining towards the inner sides, and an original slope surface is formed between the upper and lower adjacent reverse slope table tops. By adopting the reverse slope table tops, the slope length can be shortened, the original slope surface can be cut off, the runoff speed of the slope surface can be reduced, the radial flow kinetic energy can be reduced, so that the water and soil loss of the slope surface can be reduced, the shape structure of the reverse slope table tops changes the topographic condition of the original slope surface, a better site condition is created for slope surface greening, climbing plants can be planted on the slope surface and climb upwards to cover the original slope surface, so that the area suitable for forest is increased; U-shaped drainage ditches are arranged, rainfall runoff on the slope surface can be drained in time, and meanwhile, multiple sand settling basins are arranged in longitudinal drainage to reduce loss of silt on the slope surface; and the overall structure is reasonable, and the ecological environment of the abrupt slope of the abandoned quarry can be restored in an accelerated mode.
