High-strength and durable ganged brick prepared by utilizing aluminium scruff ash
The invention discloses a high-strength and durable ganged brick prepared by utilizing aluminium scruff ash. The high-strength and durable ganged brick is prepared from the following raw materials in part by weight: 55 to 60 parts of aluminium scruff ash, 25 to 30 parts of coal ash, 20 to 25 parts of waste glass powder and 5 to 10 parts of composite additive. The performances of the ganged brick include 25 to 30 percent of water absorption, 40 to 50 percent of porosity, 40 to 50MPa of breaking strength, and 90 to 100MPa of compressive strength. The high-strength and durable ganged brick prepared by utilizing the aluminium scruff ash provided by the invention has the advantages of high aluminium scruff ash utilization rate, high product strength, good moisture absorption, ventilation and thermal insulation properties, and the like through selection of raw materials and formulation design, has excellent combination property, is durable in use, and is beneficial to effectively reducing the waste of resources and improving the economic benefit of an enterprise.
