The invention provides a preparation method for aerogel heat insulation and preservation glass. The method comprises the following steps of 1 glass cavity manufacturing, wherein at least two pieces of glass are installed on an outer frame support, and at least one cavity with an opening is formed between the outer frame support and the glass; 2 packing, wherein aerogel particles are added in the cavities; 3 edge sealing, wherein in a vacuum environment, the cavities are sealed with adhesives; 4 sealing, wherein the periphery of the aerogel heat insulation and preservation glass is sealed with a sealant. The aerogel heat insulation and preservation glass has the better adiabaticity and photopermeability and is suitable for the fields of doors and windows, curtain wall glass and lighting roofs of green buildings, ultra-low energy consumption buildings and nearly zero energy consumption buildings.
