The invention provides a preparation method of aerogel heat-insulation glass. The preparation method comprises steps as follows: (1) glass cavity production: at least one open cavity is produced by adhering a piece of glass and spacing bars by an adhesive; (2) filling: an aerogel sheet is placed in the at least one open cavity; (3) edge sealing: the at least one cavity is sealed by the adhesive and the spacing bars; (4) sealing: the periphery of the aerogel heat-insulation glass is sealed by a sealant. The aerogel heat-insulation glass has better heat insulation and light transmission performance and is applicable to fields of doors, windows, curtain-wall glass, daylight roofs and the like of green buildings, buildings with ultra-low energy consumption and buildings with near-zero energy consumption.
