Large-span steel corrugated plate arch bridge reinforcement structure
The invention relates to a large-span steel corrugated plate arch bridge reinforcement structure. A large-span steel corrugated plate bridge has higher requirements for the thickness of a steel corrugated plate in the aspect of stress but is influenced by production processes, so that the maximum thickness only can reach 10 millimeters and cannot meet the requirements. The large-span steel corrugated plate arch bridge reinforcement structure provided by the invention comprises steel corrugated plates which are formed by splicing single plates, a plurality of adjacent grooved steel plates are longitudinally arranged on the steel corrugated plates, the cross sections of the grooved steel plates are in a shape like the Chinese character 'ji', and notches are downward; two ends of the grooved steel plates are fixed at the peaks of the steel corrugated plates; and steel bars are arranged between the steel corrugated plates and the grooved steel plates, and concrete is poured between the steel corrugated plates and the grooved steel plates. The reinforcement structure provided by the invention can feasibly improve the requirements of the steel corrugated plate arch bridge for stress, can overcome the defect of the existing production process, namely the problem of structure instability caused by thin steel corrugated pipes, can be suitable for steel corrugated plate assembly technology, and is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost and convenient to operate by being connected with the steel corrugated plates by bolt screwing.
