The invention provides a turning-board filtering drainer capable of being kept normally open. The turning-board filtering drainer comprises a tube body, wherein a turning board is mounted at the orifice of the tube body. The turning-board filtering drainer is characterized in that one side of the turning board is hinged to the orifice of the tube body, a spring element is arranged at the hinged part of the turning board or below the turning board and enables the turning to tend to return to the horizontal state, a support part is hinged to the orifice on the side, opposite to the hinged part of the turning board, and is overlapped with the upper surface of the turning board or a slot in the upper surface of the turning board, and the support part can swing downwards when the turning board is turned downwards and can prop against the turning board to enable the turning board not to return to the horizontal state. The turning board can be kept erect or in an open state of a relatively large angle to ensure smooth drainage; the filtering function can be performed, so that filtered objects can be cleaned without taking down the turning board; the turning-board filtering drainer is convenient and sanitary for use and long in service life.
