Secondary tensioning and tension releasing device and method for prestressed tendon
The invention discloses a secondary tensioning and tension releasing device and method for a prestressed tendon. The device is composed of a nut, a hollow stud, a round steel base plate, a steel cylinder, a steel circular ring, single-end bolts and a secondary tensioning base. The device has the advantages that after the prestressed tendon penetrates through the device, the steel cylinder is filled with fine sand, and then the prestressed tendon is tensioned and anchored; when tension needs to be supplemented, a jack and the secondary tensioning base are utilized, and the nut is rotated and adjusted so as to reduce anchoring prestress loss of the prestressed tendon; when tension needs to be released, the single-end bolts are screwed off for discharging sand to achieve tension releasing of the prestressed tendon. The device is easy to operate, low in manufacturing cost, high in safety and good in use effect, and can be widely applied to secondary tensioning, anchoring and tension releasing of the single medium and short prestressed tendon during actual engineering construction and in laboratories.
