Method for preparing aerogel heat insulation glass
The invention provides a method for preparing aerogel heat insulation glass. The method includes the following steps that (1) glass cavity preparation is made, and at least two pieces of glass and spacing bars are bonded by glue into airtight cavities comprising at least one inlet and at least one outlet; (2) filling is conducted, and aerogel particles are added into the airtight cavities from the at least one inlet; (3) air is exhausted, and air exhausting treatment is conducted on the at least one outlet in the filling process; (4) inlet and outlet sealing is conducted, and the at least one inlet and the at least one outlet are sealed through sealing elements; (5) sealing is performed, and the periphery of the aerogel heat insulation glass is sealed by sealant. The aerogel heat insulation glass has good adiabaticity and transparency, and is suitable for the fields of doors and windows, curtain wall glass, lighting roofs and the like of green buildings, ultralow energy consumption buildings and almost zero energy consumption buildings.
