Hollow slab bridge with inclined hinge joint and building method thereof
In order to avoid the cracking along a hinge joint of a hollow slab bridge, the invention provides a hollow slab bridge with an inclined hinge joint and a building method thereof. The bottom of a hollow slab hinge joint transfers tensile force in the transverse direction of a bridge through anchor connection, and in order to strengthen the capability of transferring the shearing force in the transverse direction of the bridge, a through long screw rod from a bottom plate to a top plate is used to pass through the hinge joint to connect an adjacent hollow slab. The hinge joint of the hollow slab can be a common one arranged in an inclined manner, can be one which is in a stepped shape, and also can be one of which the middle part is a linear joint, and the top plate and the bottom plate are respectively provided with a protruding gear block and an unfilled corner engaged with the gear block. Through a connecting steel plate at the bottom of the hinge joint, the tensile capability of the bottom of the hinge joint is improved, and the shear-bearing capacity of the hinge joint is improved through the connection of the through long screw rod. The hinge joint problem always troubled the hollow slab bridge is solved, the durability of connection is increased and the maintenance cost of the bridge is reduced.
