Composite warm edge spacing bar and production process thereof
The invention discloses a composite warm edge spacing bar. The composite warm edge spacing bar comprises a U-shaped plastic profile and a n-shaped metal profile, wherein the openings of the metal profile and the plastic profile are opposite to each other; the metal profile coats the outer side of the plastic profile; and hook edges are arranged at the two edges of the metal profile, and are respectively clamped in wedged grooves at the lower parts of two side surfaces of the plastic profile. The invention further discloses a production process of the composite warm edge spacing bar; compared with a traditional steel plastic coextrusion process, the opening opposite buckling structural design of the plastic profile and the metal profile and a bonding composite process reduce a plastic support surface at the top of the warm edge spacing bar (TGI), so that the heat conductivity is lower; the opposite buckling structure and the sawtooth design on the surface of the metal profile enable the spacing bar to be higher in strength; and the bending property is also considered; the spacing bar can be directly machined to various shapes on all general bending machines (without equipment transformation); the machining process is more convenient; and the spacing bar is a modern energy-saving building material with excellent performances.
