本发明公开了全塑料暖边间隔条及制备工艺，包括U型条，所述U型条中部固定连接有中隔板，中隔板固定连接有支撑板，两个所述U型条组合后中部形成若干个空腔；所述U型条内一侧固定连接有内卡条，所述U型条一端设有连接卡条，所述内卡条与连接卡条卡接。本发明使用时，利用两个U型条组合成间隔条，连接卡条与内卡条卡接后，两个U型条的侧壁之间存在缝隙，即U型条不直接接触，使间隔条一侧的温度难以导热至另一侧，大幅降低间隔条两侧侧壁热传导效率，从而提升保温效果；中隔板和支撑板对间隔条内起到支撑作用，增加间隔条的强度，同时间隔条内部形成多个空腔，使热传导效率进一步降低，提高保温效果；隔绝孔用于阻碍U型条底部导热。
