When in use, the two U-shaped strips are combined into the spacing strip, and after the connecting clamping strip is clamped with the inner clamping strip, a gap exists between the side walls of the two U-shaped strips, namely, the U-shaped strips are not in direct contact, so that the temperature of one side of the spacing strip is difficult to conduct to the other side, the heat conduction efficiency of the side walls of the two sides of the spacing strip is greatly reduced, and the heat preservation effect is improved; the middle partition plates and the supporting plates play a supporting role in the spacing bars, the strength of the spacing bars is improved, meanwhile, a plurality of cavities are formed in the spacing bars, the heat conduction efficiency is further reduced, and the heat preservation effect is improved; the isolation holes are used for blocking bottom heat conduction of the U-shaped strip.
本发明公开了全塑料暖边间隔条及制备工艺,包括U型条,所述U型条中部固定连接有中隔板,中隔板固定连接有支撑板,两个所述U型条组合后中部形成若干个空腔;所述U型条内一侧固定连接有内卡条,所述U型条一端设有连接卡条,所述内卡条与连接卡条卡接。本发明使用时,利用两个U型条组合成间隔条,连接卡条与内卡条卡接后,两个U型条的侧壁之间存在缝隙,即U型条不直接接触,使间隔条一侧的温度难以导热至另一侧,大幅降低间隔条两侧侧壁热传导效率,从而提升保温效果;中隔板和支撑板对间隔条内起到支撑作用,增加间隔条的强度,同时间隔条内部形成多个空腔,使热传导效率进一步降低,提高保温效果;隔绝孔用于阻碍U型条底部导热。
