The invention discloses a warm edge spacing bar. The warm edge spacing bar is characterized by comprising a U-shaped cover structure, and the U-shaped cover structure is formed by a stainless steel band press roll. A first inner concave part and a second inner concave part are arranged on the two sides of the lower end of the U-shaped cover structure. The U-shaped cover structure is arranged at the end of a plastic sectional material in a sleeving manner. The radian of the end of the plastic sectional material is matched with the radian of the first inner concave part and the radian of the second inner concave part. Two rows of air holes are formed in the wider surface of the plastic sectional material. The produced warm edge spacing bar can be directly bent on an existing spacing bar bending equipment without cracking; and in the production process of the warm edge spacing bar, stainless steel on the middle and outer layer and plastic on the inner layer are subjected to one-time composite molding through high temperature, no adhesives are needed, and therefore, the production cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种暖边间隔条,其特征在于,包括:由不锈钢带压辊成型的U型外包结构,其中,所述U型外包结构的下端两侧设置有第一、第二内凹部;所述U型外包结构套设在塑料型材的端部,所述塑料型材的端部弧度与所述U型外包结构的第一、第二内凹部的弧度相配合;所述塑料型材的宽面上开设有两排气孔。本发明所生产的暖边间隔条可在现有隔条折弯设备上直接折弯不开裂,生产过程中外层的不锈钢与里层的塑料通过高温一次复合成型,不需要使用粘结剂,从而降低生产成本。
