The invention discloses a construction waste slag powder cement pile and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) calcining construction waste, and screening to obtain construction waste slag powder; 2) immersing the construction waste slag powder in a nitric acid solution, and mixing with stearic acid and plant ash to obtain activated slag powder; and 3) mixing and molding cement, sand, paint slag, silicon powder, bentonite, the activated slag powder and water, and curing to obtain the construction waste slag powder cement pile. The construction waste slag powder cement pile prepared by the method has excellent mechanical strength.
