The invention provides a construction method of a steel slag gravel pile, which comprises the following steps: mixing gravel, steel slag, a calcium activator and an aluminum supplement in certain parts by mass, uniformly stirring to form a mixture, and burying the mixture into a foundation through a vibration immersed tube method to form the steel slag gravel pile; bacterial liquid and cementing liquid are sequentially injected into the steel slag gravel pile through a grouting pipe, the grouting mode is pressure grouting, and the bacterial liquid and the cementing liquid are distributed into a pile body of the steel slag gravel pile and a foundation soil body within a certain range of the pile body; after the primary grouting operation is completed, the electrical resistivity of the soil body around the pile body is measured, and if the electrical resistivity does not reach 2.5 omega.m, secondary grouting operation is conducted till the electrical resistivity of the soil body around the pile body reaches 2.5 omega.m or above; and standing for forming, and curing for 14-28 days to finish the construction. The method is simple in process, safe, stable, economical and environment-friendly, and the sustainable development concept of treating waste with waste is highlighted. The invention further provides the steel slag gravel pile.
本发明提供一种钢渣碎石桩的施工方法,包括如下步骤:将一定质量份数的碎石、钢渣、钙系激发剂与铝分增补剂混合后搅拌均匀形成混合料,通过振动沉管法埋入地基形成钢渣碎石桩;通过注浆管向钢渣碎石桩内依次注入菌液和胶结液,注浆的方式为压力注浆,使菌液和胶结液分布到钢渣碎石桩的桩体及桩体一定范围的地基土体中;一次注浆作业完成后,测量桩体周围土体的电阻率,若电阻率未到达2.5Ω·m,则进行二次注浆作业,直至桩体周围土体的电阻率达到2.5Ω·m以上;静置成型,养护14‑28天,完成施工。本发明工艺简单,安全稳定,经济环保,突显了以废治废的可持续发展理念。本发明还提供一种钢渣碎石桩。
