Ballastless track renovation method
The invention provides a method for renovating a ballastless track, and relates to the field of railway and track traffic engineering maintaining.The renovating method comprises the steps that in a section of steel rail with the standard length, the defect position of the track is obtained; determining different regulation intervals according to different defect positions, wherein the edges of the regulation intervals are cutting positions; fasteners of the steel rails are dismantled in the renovation interval, the steel rails are cut according to the cutting positions, and at least part of the track plate is separated; and the renovation section is repaired, the steel rail is recovered, and fasteners are installed. Aiming at multiple defects of the track, the improvement areas are divided independently, and correction is carried out by adopting a respective cutting mode, so that the construction range is reduced, and the safety of the track is ensured.
本发明提供一种无砟轨道的整治方法,涉及铁路及轨道交通工程维护领域,该整治方法包括:在一节标准长度的钢轨中,获取轨道缺陷位置;根据不同的缺陷位置确定不同的整治区间,整治区间的边缘为切割位置;在整治区间拆除钢轨的扣件,按照切割位置分别切割钢轨,并分离轨道板的至少部分;对整治区间进行修复,并恢复钢轨并安装扣件。针对轨道多处缺陷,单独划分整治区域,采用分别切割的方式进行纠偏,缩小施工范围,保证了轨道的安全性。
