The invention provides an asphalt-pavement compacting construction method based on kneading compaction, and relates to the technical field of asphalt-pavement construction. A machine combining manner is adopted so as to perform rolling compaction on an asphalt pavement. According to the machine combining manner, a tyre road roller is used as a main machine to knead and roll the asphalt pavement, and completes re-rolling; a double-drum road roller is used as an auxiliary machine to perform static compaction and vibrating compaction, and completes primary compaction and final compaction respectively.
