Caisson aid-sinking process adopting high-pressure injection
The invention relates to a caisson aid-sinking process adopting high-pressure injection. Aid-sinking is carried out by using a high pressure jet grouting rig or by jetting high pressure water and compressed air. The aid-sinking process by using the high pressure jet grouting rig comprises the steps as follows: under the condition that when a caisson sinks and meets a hard geological structure, a 6-inch PVC (polyvinyl chloride) pipe is arranged on the inner wall of the caisson in advance; a working platform is set up at the top of the caisson; the high pressure jet grouting rig is used for inserting a drill rod into the 6-inch PVC pipe on the platform; and ultrahigh-pressure water is jetted towards foot blades of the caisson, soil mass at the lower parts of the foot blades is destroyed, and caisson sinking is facilitated. The aid-sinking process by jetting high pressure water and compressed air comprises the steps as follows: a 2-inch high-pressure pipe and a 6-fen air pipe are inserted into the 6-inch PVC pipe which is buried in the wall of the caisson in advance; and a high-pressure pump outputs high-pressure water through the high-pressure pipe, and an air compressor jets high-pressure water and compressed air through the air pipe, so that soil mass at the lower parts of the foot blades is destroyed, and caisson sinking is facilitated. According to the process, the problem that under a hard geological condition, extra-deep caisson sinking is carried out by using a non-drainage sinking process, and soil at the lower parts of the foot blades is difficult to take out is solved, and under a complicated geological condition, the caisson sinking construction technology can be further applied.
