The invention relates to route inspection maintenance equipment for a sound barrier. The route inspection maintenance equipment comprises a route inspection trolley and a maintenance device. The route inspection trolley is provided with a row of wheels in the sound barrier direction, two limiting plates on one side of the sound barrier and two limiting plates on the other side of the sound barrier; the two limiting plates on the inner side of the sound barrier are provided with detectors respectively and can turn to the inner side of the edge of a trolley body around rotating shafts, and the detectors can judge whether an obstacle exists or not. The route inspection trolley is further provided with a first video module. The maintenance device comprises a clamping base, a plane displacement mechanism and a fastening mechanism; the clamping base is used for being fixed to the top of the sound barrier, the plane displacement mechanism is arranged on the clamping base, the fastening mechanism is arranged on the plane displacement mechanism, the plane displacement mechanism can move the fastening mechanism to any position of a plane, the bottom height of the fastening mechanism can be adjusted, a bolt is fastened through the bottom of the fastening mechanism, and a second video module is arranged at the bottom of the fastening mechanism. The equipment can perform route inspection automatically and fasten the bolt on the outer side of the sound barrier rapidly and safely, and is free of inspection dead points, good in observation effect and low in cost.
