EASY MAINTENANCE ASSEMBLY SOUND BARRIER
The present invention relates to a prefabricated soundproof wall with easy maintenance, capable of facilitating the installation of a prefabricated soundproof panel on posts installed at intervals as well as having lightweight while having the hardness of the posts themselves, and facilitating the replacement of only a corresponding part when a component is damaged or needs to be replaced. The present invention comprises: a first frame having a combination space formed therein by having an open left side while having a predetermined height, and having a bent part in which both ends of the open left side are bent inward, while having a groove part dented inward on one of one side and the other side made by dividing a right side vertically into two parts, and having a protruding part protruding outward from the other side of the right side; a second frame formed to be laterally symmetrical to the first frame to be combined with the right side of the first frame while having a groove part formed on the right side of the first frame, and having a protruding part formed on the left side to be symmetrical forward and backward; posts with which the first and second frames are combined and fixed as the protruding part of the second frame is combined with the groove part of the first frame and the groove part of the second frame is combined with the protruding part of the first frame; and a plurality of waterproof panels installed as combination units in which a right end of a waterproof panel is combined with a first frame combination space of the posts and a left end of another waterproof panel adjacent to the waterproof panel is combined with a second frame combination space of the posts.
본 발명은 간격을 두고 설치되는 지주에 조립식으로 구성되는 방음판넬을 용이하게 설치할 뿐만 아니라 지주 자체의 강성을 가지면서 경량성을 가지며, 부품의 손상이나 교체시 해당되는 부분만을 용이하게 교체할 수 있도록 한 유지보수가 용이한 조립식 방음벽에 관한 것으로서, 소정의 높이를 가지면서 좌측면이 개방되어 내부에 결합공간이 형성되며, 개방된 좌측면의 양단이 내측으로 절곡된 절곡부가 형성되면서 우측면이 수직의 2등분으로 구획된 일면과 타면 중 일면에 내측으로 요입된 홈부 및 우측면의 타면에 외측으로 돌출된 돌출부가 형성된 제1프레임과, 상기 제1프레임의 우측면에 결합되도록 제1프레임과 상호 좌우대칭으로 형성되면서 제1프레임의 우측면에 형성된 홈부와 돌출부가 상호 전후 대칭으로 좌측면에 형성된 제2프레임이 배치되며, 이때 제1프레임의 홈부에 제2프레임의 돌출부 그리고 제1프레임의 돌출부에 제2프레임의 홈부에 결합되어 제1프레임과 제2프레임이 결합 고정된 지주가 구성되고, 상기 지주의 제1프레임 결합공간으로 방음판넬의 우측단이 결합되면서 상기 지주의 제2프레임 결합공간으로 방음판넬에 이웃하는 다른 방음판넬의 좌측단이 결합되는 결합단위로 다수의 방음판넬을 설치하는 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 간격을 두고 설치되는 지주에 조립식으로 구성되는 방음판넬을 용이하게 설치할 뿐만 아니라 지주 자체의 강성을 가지면서 경량성을 가지며, 부품의 손상이나 교체시 해당되는 부분만을 용이하게 교체할 수 있도록 한 유지보수가 용이한 조립식 방음벽에 관한 것으로서, 소정의 높이를 가지면서 좌측면이 개방되어 내부에 결합공간이 형성되며, 개방된 좌측면의 양단이 내측으로 절곡된 절곡부가 형성되면서 우측면이 수직의 2등분으로 구획된 일면과 타면 중 일면에 내측으로 요입된 홈부 및 우측면의 타면에 외측으로 돌출된 돌출부가 형성된 제1프레임과, 상기 제1프레임의 우측면에 결합되도록 제1프레임과 상호 좌우대칭으로 형성되면서 제1프레임의 우측면에 형성된 홈부와 돌출부가 상호 전후 대칭으로 좌측면에 형성된 제2프레임이 배치되며, 이때 제1프레임의 홈부에 제2프레임의 돌출부 그리고 제1프레임의 돌출부에 제2프레임의 홈부에 결합되어 제1프레임과 제2프레임이 결합 고정된 지주가 구성되고, 상기 지주의 제1프레임 결합공간으로 방음판넬의 우측단이 결합되면서 상기 지주의 제2프레임 결합공간으로 방음판넬에 이웃하는 다른 방음판넬의 좌측단이 결합되는 결합단위로 다수의 방음판넬을 설치하는 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
