EASY MAINTENANCE SOUND BARRIER AND MAINTENANCE METHOD
The present invention relates to a soundproof wall with easy maintenance and repairing, and a maintenance and repairing method, in which a load of soundproof panels stacked on top of each other is shared and supported by each floor, thereby preventing deformation of a lower soundproof panel according to reduction in the load and enabling a quick and easy maintenance and repairing operation. To this end, the soundproof wall with easy maintenance and repairing comprises: support beams (10) vertically installed at regular intervals along a lower foundation (1); a soundproof panel (50) stacked in a form sandwiched between the support beams (10); an assembly beam (20) assembled and fastened in a symmetrical shape on left and right sides of a front surface of the support beams (10) by a fastening bolt (60) so as to prevent separation of the soundproof panel (50); a load sharing supporter (30) fixed to one side of the assembly beam (20) to share and support an individual load of the soundproof panel (50); and support grooves (51) formed on both sides of the soundproof panel (50) corresponding to the load sharing supporter (30).
본 발명은 유지보수가 용이한 방음벽 및 유지보수방법에 관한 것으로서, 적층 설치가 이루어지는 방음패널이 각 층별로 하중 분담 지지가 이루어지게 되어 하중 경감에 따른 하부 방음패널의 변형 발생이 방지됨과 함께 유지보수 작업이 보다 신속하고 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 하부 기초(1)를 따라 일정 간격을 이루어 수직으로 설치가 이루어지는 지주형강(10)과; 상기 지주형강(10) 사이에 끼워지는 형태로 적층 구비되는 방음패널(50)과; 상기 방음패널(50)의 이탈 방지를 위해 지주형강(10)의 전면측에 좌우 대칭 형태로 체결볼트(60)에 의한 조립 체결이 이루어지는 조립형강(20)과; 상기 조립형강(20)의 일측에 고정되어 방음패널(50)의 개별 하중의 분담 지지가 이루어지는 하중 분담 지지구(30)와; 상기 하중 분담 지지구(30)와 대응되는 방음패널(50)의 양측에 형성된 지지홈부(51)를 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
