The invention relates to a reinforced structure of a tunnel transversely penetrating through a sliding slope and a construction method. The reinforced structure comprises slide-resistant piles, a slide-resistant pile pipe shed, a side wall pipe shed, connecting beams and slant piles. According to the reinforced structure, on one hand, the sliding slope is reinforced to form a safety island, and the tunnel is located in the isolated region and is not influenced by the sliding slope; on the other hand, due to pipe shed grouting, the mechanical parameters of surrounding rock are improved, the stress of a lining structure of the tunnel is reduced, and the stability of the sliding slope and the stability of the tunnel are guaranteed. The whole structure is easy to construct, low in construction cost, suitable for the thin sliding slope and the thick sliding slope, wide in application range and good in engineering effect.
