An outer-row lifting climbing frame comprises a main frame body, guide rails, a driving device and a plurality of connecting mechanisms. The guide rails are used for guiding the main frame body to move vertically, the driving device is used for driving the main frame body to slide vertically, and the connecting mechanisms are connected with the guide rails and a wall. The driving device comprises a screw rod in rigid connection with the main frame body and a motor driving the screw rod to axially rotate, and the main frame is further provided with sliding mechanisms for clamping the guide rails. The motor drives the screw rod to drive the main frame body to reliably slide vertically along the guide rails under guidance of the sliding mechanisms, therefore, the problems that in the prior art, an outer-row lifting climbing frame is poor in rigidity and low in safety are solved, meanwhile, the clamping effect of an outer frame body for clamping the guide rails is improved, and the service life of the guide rails is prolonged.
