Comprising at least two outer climbing frames, the outer climbing frames are hinged to each other, a top limiting mechanism is arranged at the top end of the outer climbing frame located at the top, each outer climbing frame comprises two side rods, an inner frame is arranged between the two side rods, the inner frame is a rectangular frame, and a protection plate is arranged in the middle of the inner frame; one end of the protection plate is hinged to the top of the inner frame, and a supporting limiting mechanism is arranged between the protection plate and the inner frame and used for supporting the protection plate. An adjusting piece is further arranged in the middle of the inner frame and used for controlling the protection plate to rotate. Through the arrangement of the outer climbing frame, the inner frame, the protection plate, the supporting limiting mechanism, the adjusting piece and the like, the protection plate can be contained in the inner frame in the using process of the device, the protection plate can be opened when needing to be used, the whole device is rectangular after being opened and can be matched with a protection frame, and the gap between the device and the protection frame is reduced; and the safety of the device is improved.
