The invention discloses a safe pile-forming construction method for a manual hole digging pole in a quicksand lot. The safe pile-forming construction method comprises the following construction steps: laying off according to the aperture size, and carrying out digging operation in a laying-off area; while digging to a quicksand lot, inserting reinforcing steel bars into the quicksand lot in a circumferential whole-row distributing mode; with the increase of digging depth, winding a hemp rope or a grass rope on the reinforcing steel bars in a crossed mode; after the digging depth reaches 50cm, carrying out pouring wall protection on a hole inner wall supporting wall molding board to form upper-layer wall protection concrete; in a lower-layer digging process, inserting lower-layer reinforcing steel bars at an equal distance into the reinforcing steel bars, and controlling lap length of upper and lower reinforcing steel bars to 30cm-50cm; after the upper-layer wall protection concrete reaches strength, carrying out form removal to carry out lower-layer wall protection construction. The safe pile-forming construction method has the advantages that quicksand is effectively controlled, construction efficiency is improved, wall protection construction is firmer, construction cost is reduced, and hole pile collapse can be effectively predicated by virtue of an alarm device to ensure construction safety.
