Manual hole digging pile quicksand layer protection device and construction method thereof
The invention belongs to a manual hole digging pile quicksand layer protection device and a construction method thereof, and relates to building pile foundation construction. The manual hole digging pile quicksand layer protection device is formed by tightly sleeving a plurality of conical steel casings in a tile mode, the conical steel casings are arranged in a big-end-down mode, and the sectionsof the combined casings are trapezoidal. The construction method comprises the following steps that (1) the conical steel casings are prefabricated; (2) the position of a quicksand layer is detected;(3) double-liquid slurry is injected into the quicksand layer in an inclined downward mode; (4) manual downward excavation is conducted, and the first sections of conical steel casings are installed;(5) the double-liquid slurry is injected; (6) manual excavation is conducted, and the second sections of conical steel casings are installed; (7) the steps (3)-(6) are repeated until passing throughthe quicksand layer; (8) grouting and joint filling are conducted, and gaps between the steel casings and the quicksand layer are filled; (9) digging continues to be conducted downwards to the bottom,and a lower concrete retaining wall is poured in situ. According to the device and the construction method, the quicksand layer can be penetrated, the construction difficulty that a manual hole digging pile penetrates through the quicksand layer can be effectively simplified, and the construction efficiency is improved.
本发明属于一种人工挖孔桩流沙层防护装置及其工法,涉及建筑桩基施工,人工挖孔桩流沙层防护装置由若干个锥形钢护筒呈瓦片式紧密套接组成,所述锥形钢护筒呈上小下大设置,组合后的护筒截面呈梯形。其工法为:(1)预制锥形钢护筒;(2)探明流沙层位置;(3)斜下往砂层中注双液浆;(4)人工向下开挖,安装第一截锥形钢护筒;(5)注双液浆;(6)人工开挖,安装第二截锥形钢护筒;(7)重复步骤(3)~(6)至度过流沙层;(8)注浆填缝,填充钢护筒和流沙层之间的空隙;(9)继续下挖至底部,现浇下混凝土护壁。该装置和施工方法,能够穿越砂层,能够有效简化人工挖孔桩穿越流沙层的施工难度,提高施工工效。
