The invention belongs to the technical field of analysis and particularly relates to a novel sealing crucible for thermal analysis and a manufacturing method of the sealing crucible. The sealing crucible for thermal analysis comprises a crucible cover and a crucible body and is characterized in that inert coatings are sprayed to inner walls of the crucible cover and the crucible body, the crucible cover and the crucible body are in threaded sealing through a metallic sealing gasket, the metallic sealing gasket can consume oxygen possibly left in the crucible at a high temperature, and auxiliary sealing is performed outside a position where the crucible cover and the crucible body are contacted. Through adoption of the inert coatings on the inner walls of the sealing crucible as well as the sealing manner adopting the metal gasket, a sample can be isolated completely and is prevented from reacting with the environment and the container, and a sample decomposed material is prevented from entering a testing instrument.
