Building insulation mortar prepared by red mud based alkali-activated cementitious material
The invention discloses building insulation mortar prepared by a red mud based alkali-activated cementitious material. The building insulation mortar is prepared from the red mud based alkali-activated cementitious material, expanded perlite, glass bead, latex powder, cellulose ether and an air entraining agent, wherein the red mud based alkali-activated cementitious material is of powder, which is prepared from 50 to 70 percent of red mud plus 30 percent of slag powder plus 0 to 20 percent of coal ash, and is activated by water glass of the weight percentage accounting for 5 percent; the fineness of the red mud is that the screen residue obtained by 45 mum square hole sieve is less than 20.0 percent; the specific surface area of the slag powder is greater or equal to 400m<2>/kg, and the active grade is greater than or equal to S95; the coal ash is of grade I ash, and the activity index is greater than 70; the module of the water glass is 1.6 to 2.2; the glass bead is of closed cell perlite, the volume-weight is 100 to 150 kg/m<3>, and the water absorption is 35 to 50 percent; the ratio of the usage amount of the glass bead and the expanded perlite is 4 to 6, and the mass ratio of the total usage amount and powder is (1:1 ) to ( 2:1); the latex powder is of water-soluble redispersible powder, the solid content thereof is greater than or equal to 98 percent, and the usage amount is less than or equal to 2 percent; the usage amount of the cellulose ether is less than or equal to 0.3 percent; the gas content of an air entraining agent is 3.0 to 5.5 percent, and the usage amount is 0.3 to 0.6 percent. The building insulation mortar disclosed by the invention has the advantages of noninflammable property, thermostability and a good mechanical property.
