The invention relates to a bridge deck or rail non-lifting longitudinal movable spherical support for a railway bridge and a construction method thereof. A lower support plate of the support is wedged; the upper surface of the lower support plate is parallel to a longitudinal slope on a beam; the lower support plate and a support padding stone are horizontally and tightly stuck and are connected by an anchor bolt; an upper support plate of the support and a spherical crown lining plate are arranged obliquely so that the bridge and the support can directly and freely longitudinally move. The construction method comprises the following steps: chiseling and re-measuring the top surface of the support padding stone and aligning the anchor bolt; hoisting the longitudinal movable spherical support in place, grouting an anchor hole, sealing the periphery and grouting the lower support plate. When the railway bridge is longitudinally retracted and deformed, a sliding surface of the spherical support is parallel to the longitudinal slope on the beam of the bridge; the railway bridge can freely and longitudinally move and is adapted to longitudinal deformation of the railway bridge, so that phenomena that the support is detached and the bridge deck or a rail is lifted and the like are avoided.
