The invention relates to an outdoor step device. The device is characterized in that the device comprises a step body, a support frame, creeping net, flower beds and creeping plants, the support frame is arranged above the step body and covered with the creeping net, and pull handles are arranged below the support frame; the flower beds are arranged at the left side and the right side of the step body, and the creeping plants are planted in the flower beds. The creeping plants can creep up to the support frame and cover the support frame, the environment is beautified, and a sunshading and leisure place is provided for visitors as well; in addition, the pull handles are arranged above each step, thereby under the circumstance that when a pedestrian is tumbled, a person at the back can stretch out hands to grasp the corresponding pull handle arranged above in time, the body of the person can be stabilized, enough time is provided for the person who is tumbled to get up, and thereby occurrence of a stampede accident caused by tumble is avoided.
