The invention discloses a polystyrene granule fireproof thermal-insulation board. The thermal-insulation board is composed of alkali-resistant mesh fabric and a fireproof thermal-insulation board main-material. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the polystyrene granule fireproof thermal-insulation board. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting a plasticizer, a styrene-acrylic emulsion, a polymer dispersion powder, natural latex, a nonionic/anionic mixed surfactant and an MgCl2 solution into an agitator and uniformly stirring, adding a fire-proofing agent, reinforced fiber, polypropylene fiber, hydroxyethyl cellulose, kaolin, heavy calcium carbonate, white cement, calcium hydroxide and prefoamed polystyrene foam particles and uniformly stirring to form a fireproof thermal-insulation board raw-material; adding a foaming raw-material and uniformly stirring to form raw slurry; pressing the raw slurry through a fireproof board laminator to form a fireproof thermal-insulation board; and maintaining. According to the invention, the problem that existing fireproof thermal-insulation boards have low tensile strength and poor thermal-insulation and fireproof effects is solved.
