Rapidly-hardened concrete grouting repairing agent
The invention discloses a rapidly-hardened concrete grouting repairing agent containing the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of high-alumina cement clinker, 10-15 parts of anhydrite, 10-15 parts of alunite, 3-5 parts of polycarboxylic high performance water-reducing agent powder and 15-37 parts of glass beads, wherein the sum of the weight parts of all the components is 100. The rapidly-hardened concrete grouting repairing agent has the advantages that the high-alumina cement clinker and the glass beads are used as main raw materials and are combined with alunite powder and a polycarboxylic high performance water-reducing agent, so that the rapidly-hardened concrete grouting repairing agent is better in flowability and can be rapidly hardened, but cannot be rapidly set, and the setting time is appropriately prolonged; in addition, the rapidly-hardened concrete grouting repairing agent has a certain shrinkage compensating function, so that the shrinkage rate of the grouting repairing agent is greatly reduced, and the repair construction quality of constructional engineering is effectively ensured.
