Repairing agent of injector grouting for repairing crack of concrete structure and apparatus of repairing using the composition
Provided is a repair agent for repairing cracks on concrete structures, which thoroughly infiltrates into fine gaps in an injector grouting method, ensures relatively short duration for infiltration, shows improving penetratability at a room temperature. Moreover, provided is a repair apparatus using the same. The repair agent and the apparatus are composed of: a waterproof agent containing microcement or a synthetic resin and infiltrating into cracks on the concrete structures; a powder body; and a pore. A magnetic force generator integrated with the waterproof agent as some waterproof agents go into the pores, and pulling, by magnetic force, porous magnetic powder of the repair agent mixed with porous magnetic powder which becomes magnetized in a magnetic field.
인젝터 그라우팅 공법에서 보수제가 미세한 틈까지 제대로 침투되고, 침투되는 시간이 상대적으로 짧으며, 상온에서의 침투력을 향상시킨 콘크리트 구조물의 크랙 보수를 위한 보수제 및 이를 이용한 보수장치를 제시한다. 그 보수제 및 장치는 콘크리트 구조물의 크랙에 침투하고, 합성수지 또는 마이크로 시멘트를 포함하는 지수제 및 분말 몸체 및 기공으로 이루어지고 지수제의 일부가 기공으로 파고들어 지수제와 일체화되며 자기장 안에서 자화되는 물질인 다공성 자성분말이 혼합된 보수제의 다공성 자성분말을 자력을 끌어당기는 자력발생기를 포함한다.
