Spliced-type underground pipe culvert and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a spliced-type underground pipe culvert comprising cement, gravel, river sand, asphalt, felt, nano-grade silica, nano-grade calcium carbonate, quartz tailings, gypsum, water, an adhesive, an air entraining agent and a water reducing agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the spliced-type underground pipe culvert. The method comprises the following steps: (1) cement, gravel, river sand, asphalt, felt, nano-grade silica, nano-grade calcium carbonate, quartz tailings, gypsum, water, the adhesive, the air entraining agent and the water reducing agent are mixed, such that a mixture M1 is obtained; (2) the mixture M1 is cast into steel bar frameworks, such that pipe culvert blanks are formed; (3) the pipe culvert blanks are cured and spliced, such that the spliced-type underground pipe culvert is obtained. With the method, the prepared spliced-type underground pipe culvert has extremely high compressive strength and splitting tensile strength, and can withstand great impact forces.
