Antibacterial underground pipe culvert and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an antibacterial underground pipe culvert. The antibacterial underground pipe culvert is prepared from cement, gravels, river sands, polypropylene, zeolite, rare-earth compound, hypochlorite, copper hydroxide, water and water reducer. The invention further discloses a method for preparing the antibacterial underground pipe culvert. The method comprises the following steps of (1) mixing the cement, the gravels, the river sands, the polypropylene, the zeolite, the rare-earth compound, the hypochlorite, the copper hydroxide, the water and the water reducer to prepare a mixture M1; (2) pouring the mixture M1 in a reinforcement cage to form a pipe culvert blank body; and (3) maintaining the pipe culvert blank body to obtain the antibacterial underground pipe culvert. The rare-earth compound is one or more of cerium nitrate, lanthanum nitrate and lanthanum chloride. The antibacterial underground pipe culvert prepared by the method has an excellent antibacterial performance, and has relatively high compressive strength and splitting tensile strength.
