Anti-compression pipe culvert and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-compression pipe culvert. The anti-compression pipe culvert comprises cement, cobblestone, sand, fly ash, silica fume, nanometer silicon dioxide, polymethyl methacrylate, epoxy resin, polytetrafluoroethylene, water, an air entraining agent and a water reducer. The invention also discloses a preparation method for the anti-compression pipe culvert. The preparation method comprises: (1) mixing cement, cobblestone, sand, fly ash, silica fume, nanometer silicon dioxide, polymethyl methacrylate, epoxy resin, polytetrafluoroethylene, water, the air entraining agent and the water reducer, so as to prepare a mixture M1; (2) pouring the mixture M1 into a steel reinforcement framework to form a pipe culvert body; and (3) performing maintenance on the pipe culvert body, so as to obtain the anti-compression pipe culvert. The anti-compression pipe culvert prepared according to the method possesses relatively high anti-compression strength and splitting tensile strength, and is capable of bearing relatively large impact force.
