The invention discloses high-hardness wear-resistance aluminum oxide ceramic and a preparation method of same. The ceramic is prepared from following raw materials, by weight, 90-120 parts of aluminum oxide, 1-5 parts of magnesium oxide, 2-7 parts of kaolin, 0.8-2 parts of zirconium oxide, 1.5-4 parts of calcium oxide, 2-6 parts of titanium dioxide, 1.8-3.5 parts of antimonous oxide, 0.6-3 parts of carbon fibers, 0.05-0.3 parts of a surfactant, 0.5-3 parts of polyethylene, 25-30 parts of anhydrous ethanol, 2-5 parts of glycerol and 65-75 parts of deionized water. The aluminum oxide ceramic reaches more than 2400 HV in hardness, more than 4500 MPa in compressive strength and more than 540 MPa in bending strength. The aluminum oxide ceramic is simple in process and the sources of the raw materials are simple. The aluminum oxide ceramic is significantly improved in hardness and wear resistance and is enlarged in usable range.
